由高透PU膜和CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)组成,具有防水、阻菌、吸渗,保护伤口、防止细菌穿透的作用,其在接触面形成微酸环境,可以抑制细菌、预防细菌性静脉炎的发生,同时,促进局部血液循环,降低药物对血管壁的刺激,促进血管壁的修复,预防机械性静脉炎的发生;在静脉炎发生后,水胶体在局部形成持续保温、低氧、微酸的环境、保持适度湿润,促进血管、组织的修复,改善血液循环,从而使炎症症状(红、种、热、痛)消退,即“抗炎、消肿、止痛”,达到治疗静脉炎的目的。
Composed of high-transparency PU film and CMC (carboxymethylcellulose sodium), it possesses waterproof, antibacterial, and absorbent properties, protecting wounds and preventing bacterial penetration. It creates a slightly acidic environment on the contact surface, which can inhibit bacteria and prevent the occurrence of bacterial phlebitis. Simultaneously, it promotes local blood circulation, reduces the irritation of drugs on the vascular wall, facilitates the repair of the vascular wall, and prevents the occurrence of mechanical phlebitis. After the occurrence of phlebitis, the hydrocolloid forms a continuously warm, low-oxygen, slightly acidic environment locally, maintains moderate moisture, promotes the repair of blood vessels and tissues, improves blood circulation, and thereby alleviates inflammatory symptoms (redness, swelling, heat, and pain), achieving the purpose of treating phlebitis through "anti-inflammation, detumescence, and analgesia".
